I used the professional services of 911 Restoration of Ventura County when our house suffered some water damage during the storm in January. They were highly recommended through our insurance company even though I had never used them before. It was a pleasant surprise to find that this business is a well organized team of people who have their own respective jobs that they perform together like a well-oiled machine. Ophir Levin started the ball rolling with his kindly demeanor describing what would happen. Then Dan Braun was immeasurably talented at estimating the cost of the whole job and helping immensely with the insurance company when they had long snags in their progress. Not to mention one of the top linchpins who had the tenacity and patience to keep her finger on the pulse of the work flow week after week was Claims Coordinator, Alexis Castro. No problem got past her, and she was always right there to unclog the waters. Pictures were taken of every room damaged with extensive notes attached. If drywall was cut and repaired, it was tented so debris didn't fly throughout your house. When the job was done, my house was left as clean as it was when they got there. And you could count on each one of them to be punctual and not keep you waiting for hours when you needed to be somewhere else. All and all I would definitely recommend this well-managed business.
