911 Restoration of Ventura is the number one company they are very fast reliable and most of all professional they did a job for me and I was so pleased with their work I had a crazy flood in my basement it was about 2 ft high with water I had lost all hope until they came along upon completion my basement was good as new it's like nothing happened thumbs up to this company a million times

A very professional service. This company is on time, responsive and will help you with all your needs. This is the first time I write a review on yelp, but I think they deserve it. This company and ALL its employees deserve 5 stars! Janet Juarez was helping me, she was always professional, available and making sure I understood the process of what was happening. If I needed additional help or clarification she was ALWAYS there for me. I will always use 911 for any of my emergencies. I am a very satisfied costumer.

We had an issue that needed to be handled quickly, thoroughly and professionally. Jenny in the office went above and beyond to help arrange all that I needed asap. She was amazing. Our issue was handled the very next day! I would recommend 911 Restoration to anyone!!
